たまぽんアプリ Stand Up機能について
たまぽんアプリ Stand Up機能は、アプリの上で1日のうちどの時間帯にどれだけ立ち上がって運動したか可視化し、日常の座りすぎ防止に役立てることができます。
たまぽんアプリ Stand Up function is an application that visualize how much you stand up and exercise at any time of the day on the app, and use it to help prevent excessive sitting in your daily routine.
ミニアプリの一覧からStand Up機能を選択してください。
Select the Stand Up function from the list of mini-applications.
たまぽんアプリを利用するために、必要事項を入力し、新規登録を行います。
To join the app, users need to set up the information.
Stand Up機能を利用するためには、Google Fitにアクセスする必要があります。アクセスを許可することで、Google Fitから得た歩数をアプリに共有ができ、アプリ上で1日のうちどの時間帯にどれだけ立ち上がって体を動かしたか可視化し、日常の座りすぎ防止に役立てることができます。 アクセスを許可する場合、「Sign in with Google ボタン」をタップしてください。
To use the Stand Up feature, you must have access to Google Fit. By allowing access, the number of steps taken from Google Fit can be shared to the app, and the app can visualize how much you stand up and move your body at any time of the day to help prevent excessive sitting in your daily routine.
Read the description on the button and tap “Sign in with Google” button if you agree to allow access.
たまぽんアプリが取得するデータ（Google Fitのアクティビティーデータ）とその詳細を確認をしたうえで、問題なければ続行してください。
Proceed to continue after you review the confidential information (about Google Fit activity and location data) and the details of the request.
たまぽんアプリは、Google API Services User Data Policy に準拠し、下記の通りGoogle Fit APIを利用します。
Google Fit APIから受信したデータの使用および他のアプリへの転送については、制限付き使用要件を含む Google API サービスのユーザーデータに関するポリシーを遵守します。
使用しているAPIは、以下です。

Our application’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

初期設定が完了しました。今後アプリ内で1時間のうち立ち上がって体を動かした回数を表示します。
